The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund and is dedicated to residents of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion.

Target group:
✔ 50 individuals over the age of 18, living or studying in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, who are:
- at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, including but not limited to:
- homeless persons,
- persons with addictions (alcohol, drugs),
- persons with mental disorders,
- unemployed persons (including long-term unemployed),
- economically inactive persons,
- persons leaving penal institutions,
- refugees,
- persons with disabilities.
Additionally, 16 people from the environment of the project participants (e.g. family members or cohabitants).
At least 20% of project participants will be persons with disabilities, and women will make up no less than 60% of all participants.
📍 Participation Criteria:
To participate in the project, the following criteria must all be met:
Not receiving any benefits such as unemployment allowance, pension, pre-retirement benefits, etc.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Live or study in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
- Belong to one of the following groups:
- persons at risk of poverty or exclusion (as listed above),
- persons with disabilities,
- persons from the environment of the above groups if their participation supports the reintegration process.
🎯 Project objective:
Social and professional integration of 50 residents of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship through:
– increasing employment among at least 8 people,
– increasing social activity among at least 35 people.
What do we offer?
Each participant will follow an individually tailored support path, which may include:
- interpersonal development training,
- individual psychological therapy,
- legal counseling,
- financial education,
- social workshops and training (also for children),
- career activation,
- job placement services,
- vocational training (with examination),
- professional internships,
- mentoring.
Additional support includes:
– training and internship stipends (for 40 and 20 participants),
– travel cost reimbursements,
– care for dependents during support activities,
– refreshments, training materials, and accident insurance.
📈 Project outcomes:
✅ Acquisition of qualifications and professional competences with certificates,
✅ Participation in internships and practical training to enhance employability,
✅ Improvement in social and living conditions of participants at risk of exclusion.
💰 Total cost of participation: 0 PLN!
