Zachodniopomorski Uniwersytet Ludowy – Fundacja invites you to submit offers
as part of the project “Focus on Career Development” co-financed by the
State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON).
The subject of the contract includes the following consulting services:
- Career advisor during recruitment – 40 people × 1 hour (60 min),
- Career advisor – preparation of an Individual Action Plan –
40 people × 8 hours (960 min)

ABOUT THE PROJECT
As part of the “Focus on Career Development” project,
40 adult persons with disabilities from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship
will receive comprehensive support aimed at professional reintegration.
The project includes the following activities for participants:
– Preparation and implementation of Individual Action Plans,
– Psychological support,
– Legal support,
– Specialized career counseling,
– Job placement,
– Social and integration support,
– Vocational training to enhance skills and qualifications,
– Internships.
Participants will additionally receive:
– Funding for vocational training up to PLN 2000,
– Vocational training stipend of PLN 1530 gross,
– Internship stipend of PLN 2297 gross for a period of three months,
– Partial reimbursement of travel expenses.
