As part of the project “Letnia Szkoła Muzykowania na Pomorzu Zachodnim – 2024”, more weekend workshop sessions took place in recent weeks.

The classes on voice emission, traditional singing, and music theory were led by the outstanding master Stanisław Mazurek. As always, he introduced our participants to the world of music and song in an engaging way, highlighting their importance as key elements of West Pomerania’s regional identity.

We are eagerly looking forward to the Folk Music Festival in September, which will be the crowning event of the project. It will be a celebration of unique dances, traditional songs, and colorful folk costumes – an opportunity to meet local musicians, vocal groups, and performers for whom West Pomeranian folk music is something truly special.
