We are pleased to announce the launch of a new project titled “The Folk High School – a School of Conscious Citizenship on the Polish-German Borderland.”
This initiative, jointly organized by the Zachodniopomorski Folk High School and the Folk High School in Lubmin, aims to strengthen cross-border cooperation and promote civic education.
As part of the project, a scientific conference will be organized, an album commemorating the centenary of folk high schools in Poland will be published, and a series of reports featuring Polish and German senior representatives of these institutions will be produced.
The project is aimed at representatives of adult education institutions from both Poland and Germany.
The project will run from October 2024 to March 2025, with its inauguration taking place during a conference in Szczecin on October 25–26, 2024.
