“NGO in Action! Development of the Non-Governmental Sector in the Field of Public Services and Sustainable Local Development”

We invite 400 representatives of NGOs from the following voivodeships:

West Pomerianian – 150 places
Greater Poland – 150 places
Lubusz– 100 places

Who can apply?

Members of non-governmental organizations
NGO employees (according to the Labor Code definition)
NGO volunteers

What do we offer participants?

Trainings and Workshops – topics include:
Legal aspects of NGO activities
Team and volunteer management
Deinstitutionalization of social services
NGO cooperation with public administration
Budget planning and NGO finance
Marketing and promotion of organizational service

Individual support:

Development vouchers for 100 NGOs to grow their offer and staff
Expert consulting (e.g. accounting, law, fundraising)
Study visits to successful NGOs

As a part of the project we will create a “NGO Development Vademecum”- a comprehensive tool to help organizations:

Self-assess their operations
Develop public service offerings
Improve accessibility and professionalism of their activities

Pilot implementation of the Vademecum in 20 organizations
Expert support for testers
Available online – every NGO will be able to use it!

Project Finale – a summary conference in 2026 with participants, experts, and local government representatives!

Participation Criteria:

You must be a member, employee, or volunteer of an NGO
The NGO must be registered in one of the three target voivodeships
Willingness to attend at least 3 training sessions (for training participants)
Willingness to attend at least 2 workshops (for NGO managers)

Total cost of participation: 0 PLN!
